I am a GP consultant by background, and now work solely in Functional Medicine - a philosophy of medicine that understands the body as interconnected rather than seperate parts, and seeks to understand and treat the root causes of symptoms and disease. This is the foundation of my practice. My work in Bioidentical hormone replacement and longevity medicine builds directly on this approach, applying the same principles to hormone health and healthy ageing specifically.
I combine the best of modern medicine with ancestral wisdom (including a deep understanding of evolutionary biology), to create a personalised health plan, helping you achieve enhanced vitality and wellbeing.

A 60 minute initial assessment similar to Functional medicine assessment, for those interested in healthy aging, who want access to advanced therapeutics.
Longevity medicine
A 45-60 minute initial assessment to explore concerns around hormones, whether it is period problems, PMOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, or fertility issues.
